60 x 60 cm slim edge (2cm) canvas
Three part process:
Initial base colours, stretched over canvas followed by laying down and manipulating six or more additional colours. Once dry, it has been hand painted to further highlight key areas of interest.
This piece was influenced by the striking formation of the lily, one of my favourite flowers. Its rich colours in the centre softly fan out onto the fragrant petals taking the deep colours of purples, blues and golds across each. Lilies represent purity and fertility with an association of fresh life and rebirth.
All artworks are signed and dated
finished with a high-end non yellowing varnish which also gives UV protection .
Ready to hang with hardware attached.
